Returns Policy

Please contact us for a Returns Sheet before returning anything to us to enable us to trace your goods.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order you should contact us in the first instance by email at greg.smith1@btconnect.com . We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days an then contact you to let you know how long it will take to resolve the problem. This does not effect your statuary rights as a consumer.

You should attach your name and telephone number to every item you return. Groundcare Essentials will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us that are not clearly labelled.

Groundcare Essentials does not operate a try and return policy. Faulty goods within the manufacturers warranty period should be returned as soon as possible for exchange or repair. Non faulty goods returned to us will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Any postage or insurance costs relating to the returned goods must be paid for by the customer.

When returning any powered equipment the oil and petrol MUST be drained from the engine before you return them. This is for the safety of the carrier.
