If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order you should contact us in the first instance by email at email@example.com . We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and then contact you to let you know how long it will take to resolve the problem. This does not effect your statuary rights as a consumer.
You should include a copy of your invoice with the returned items. Groundcare Essentials will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us that are not clearly labelled.
Groundcare Essentials does not operate a try and return policy. Faulty goods within the manufacturers warranty period should be returned as soon as possible for exchange or repair. Non faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. This will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must be in ‘As New’ condition and with all manufacturers packaging. Carriage charges will not be refunded.
When returning any powered equipment the oil and petrol MUST be drained from the engine before you return them. This is for the safety of the carrier.
